The people of Sudan are enduring unimaginable horrors.
After more than two and a half years of war, countless civilians have been killed or injured, millions have been displaced, hunger has reached unprecedented levels, and large-scale sexual violence has been documented.
Amid one of the world’s largest humanitarian crises, the UN remains on the ground, working tirelessly to support the most vulnerable.
But above all, Sudan needs peace.
The violence must stop.
Civilians must be protected.
