The key tips involve planning ahead but remaining adaptable, ensuring plenty of entertainment and snacks, and prioritizing comfort and routine when possible. Involve your kids in deciding the destination and activities – they are more likely to be engaged if they feel a part of the process. We hung these over the car front seats with the pockets facing our kids. And we filled the pockets with as many of their favourite toys, books and stuffies as they would hold.
